Martcenter.pk provides a 5-day Return and Exchange Policy. You can return or exchange eligible items within 5 days of receiving your product.

Exchange Policy

1. What if I need to replace the product size?

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply:

• Pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the package to our office address, which will be provided to you.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will send the new size, depending on availability.

Please note: This process may take 1–2 working days after receiving the returned product.

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with another product?

If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it for another product or products, simply:

• Pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying tags.
• You will be required to ship/deliver the package to our office address, which will be provided to you.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will send the new product(s), depending on availability.

Please note: This process may take 1–2 working days after receiving the returned product.

Return Policy

1. What if I wish to return my product?

If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to request a refund, simply:

• Send/courier the product to our office address.
• Once we receive the product and confirm that it is unused and all tags are attached, we will process your refund according to our return policy.

What’s Cash Back?

If you don’t want your refund via coupon code and wish to receive the money back, we can transfer the amount to you through Easypaisa.
